  • For schools you attended in the United States: We require your official transcripts for all high schools you attended. You should request that your high school send your transcript directly to CUNY at the address provided at the end of this section
College or University Transcripts
  • We require transcripts from all postsecondary schools you attended. This applies whether or not you are seeking transfer credit.
  • If you are currently attending college, we require a transcript indicating your courses in progress.
  • For schools you attended outside the United States: We require your official postsecondary school transcripts/mark sheets sent directly from the issuing institution to our processing center, CUNY/UAPC. In addition, you will need the issuing institution to send a copy of the transcript to you if it is written in a language other than English, so you can obtain an authorized word-for-word translation.

The transcripts/mark sheets must be submitted in the language in which it is normally issued and in a university stationery envelope with proper signatures.
