This website allows the visitor to access the vast array of ongoing diversity initiatives in the complex and varied CUNY system. With 23 campuses serving over 460,000 students, it would be very difficult to locate these initiatives without a central portal. Additionally, the organization of the site is intended to allow the visitor to find evidence of the University's demonstrated commitment to areas that, in our view, actualize inclusive excellence (IE): Strategic Initiatives, Recruitment, Retention, Assessment, and Institutional Receptivity.
