The rollout of the Talent Acquisition Management (TAM) module goes hand in hand with the need to begin Manager Self-Service (MSS) Training and user access. Manager Self Service Training will be conducted shortly for our Central Office staff members who supervise and manage the careers of employees. Managers and supervisors are an essential part of our recruiting (TAM) process and will need to learn their role in the Human Capital Management (HCM) processes of employee recruiting and hiring. Managers and supervisors will be instructed on how to claim their CUNYfirst account, log into the system and access the Enterprise Learning Management (ELM) system. MSS Training on CUNYfirst functionality will be provided via formal ELM classes, online webinars and/or in-person workshops/presentations. More detailed information will follow.
