Update Your Emergency Contact & Beneficiary Information

This is an excellent time to make sure your beneficiary designations and emergency contact information are current.  Updated beneficiary information is particularly important if you have married, divorced, given birth to or adopted a child since you filled out your beneficiary forms.  Moreover, it is important that you keep your beneficiary designations current to ensure that benefits are paid promptly and according to your wishes.  It is also very important for the University to have accurate emergency contact information for all staff in the event of an illness, urgent situation or disaster.  Please contact Human Resources at 212-794-5336 and your Retirement plans to request forms.  Complete and return them as directed, and keep a copy for your records.
