Search Committees’ Power to Scour Resumes

OHRM is pleased to announce new Talent Acquisition Management (TAM) features of CUNYfirst that will allow Search Committee members to monitor their own job openings.  With the new features, Search Committee members will be able to do the following:

– View list of applicants
– Screen applicants for minimum qualifications (for HEO Series positions only)
– Download resumes and cover letters
– Input and manage interview schedules
– Email interview schedule notifications and interview letters with attachments
– Input applicant interview evaluations
