CUNYfirst Employee Self Service

Has your contact or emergency contact information changed? The Employee Self Service (ESS) feature in CUNYfirst allows you to update and validate your personal information.

The first step is to log on to CUNYfirst (**please make sure you have claimed your account**). On the CUNYfirst homepage, select “Self Service” from the Enterprise Menu. This will yield the Self Service Menu, where you will find the “Personal Information” folder. Here you will be able to view and update your personal information in the following categories:

• Home and mailing addresses
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses – is the preferred address
• Emergency contacts
• Name change – Requires submission of proper documentation to COHR
• Education – Requires submission of proper documentation to COHR
• CUNY Alert
