Director of the NYC Office of Environmental Coordination to Present on "Sustainable New York" at Upcoming NYCER

Robert Kulikowski, Ph.D., Director at the New York City Office of Environmental Coordination (NYC OEC), will be the guest speaker at the upcoming New York Campus Environmental Resource (NYCER) meeting on May 23, 2006 at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital from 12pm to 2pm. Dr. Kulikowski will present on the New York City Office of Environmental Coordination’s recently published “Sustainable New York,” a case study highlighting the benefits of incorporating environmental practices into the city’s daily operations. NYCER, established in 2003, is an environmental forum for the exchange of environmental health and safety information among academic institutions in the New York Area. Meetings are held every two months and are chaired by Howard N. Apsan, Ph.D., CUNY’s University Director of Environmental Health and Safety. The following NYCER meeting will be held on July 25, 2006 at Vaughn College.
