Nancy Clark of DOHMH Speaks to the Risk Management Council on H1N1

The June 30, 2009 Risk Management Council Meeting featured Nancy Clark, Assistant Commissioner of New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene’s (DOHMH) Bureau of Environmental Disease Prevention Program. Ms. Clark briefed the Council on the DOHMH response to the H1N1 outbreak and fielded questions from Council members. Discussion topics included flu prevention tips, minimizing exposure to high risk groups, specific DOHMH guidance for universities, current flu surveillance, and up-to-date statistics of the H1N1 flu situation in New York City.
