Professor Bratspies collaborated with a group of scholars from the Center for Progressive Reform to propose a series of innovative reforms that the incoming Obama administration could implement via executive order. Their report, Protecting Public Health and the Environment by the Stroke of a Pen, was released on November 8, 2008. The Center for Progressive Reform is a network of scholars from the legal, economic and scientific fields dedicated to using law to protect public health, safety and the environment.
