The Office of Disability Services (ODS) at the College of Staten Island is proud to be holding its annual “Freshman Connections Summer Institute” in the summer of 2011. During these one-day programs, Office staff guide new students through interactive workshops, disseminate important information about services and accommodations, discuss self-advocacy and professor outreach, and provide students with an individualized campus tour.
The College of Staten Island was one of two honorees at a gathering of the Staten Island Chapter of the American Cancer Society (ACS) that was held last week at Li Greci’s Staaten. The recognition came as a result of CSI students raising over $25,000 over two years for the ACS’s Relay for Life.
