Alum Marina Sitrin wrote an article for The Nation about the Occupy movement and how, according to her, it is suggesting a different vision of democracy.
Sitrin is a postdoctoral fellow at the Committee on Globalization and Social Change at the CUNY Graduate Center. She is the author of the forthcoming Everyday Revolutions: Horizontalism and Autonomy in Argentina. In October she spoke to Democracy Now! about recent Occupy Wall Street protests.
