The New York Law Journal reported on the recent win for alum Matthew Main (’11) in a tenants right’s case. The judge in the case ruled that residents in drug treatment programs cannot be locked out of their living quarters without the landlord going through the courts. Main is a staff attorney at MFY Legal Services and worked on the case as part of MYF’s Three-Quarter House Project. The article also mentions alum Tanya Kessler (’09), who works alongside Main on the Three-Quarter House Project.
