Interim President Dr. Diane B. Call Inducted into the “Women in Business Hall of Fame”

Dr. Diane B. Call, Interim President of Queensborough Community College, has been inducted into the Queens Courier’s “Women In Business Hall Of Fame.” It occurred at the newspaper’s 10th Annual Top Women in Business Awards on April 25.

“I am deeply honored to be recognized alongside such distinguished and accomplished leaders,” said Dr. Call, a previous honoree at the annual awards ceremony. “Their stories of success provide invaluable inspiration to all generations of women.”

The event – hosted by Victoria Schneps-Yunis, publisher of the Queens Courier – celebrated women who have made positive impacts in the business and non-profit worlds, and who actively give back to the community. It included a networking business expo and dinner, at Terrace on the Park in Flushing Meadows, Queens.

Additional inductees included Charlotte Biblow, partner at the law firm Farrell Fritz, P.C. and treasurer of the Queensborough Community College Fund, Inc.; Georgiana Reese-Benatti, community relations director of the New York Community Bank and a director of the Queensborough Community College Fund, Inc.; and Carol Consalto, Director, Public Affairs, Con Edison and QCC Fund Board Director.
