Dean Anderson Appointed to NYC Bar Task Force Examining Career Prospects of Recent Law School Grads

The New York City Bar has appointed Dean Michelle Anderson to a task force that will examine the current state of the job market for recent law school graduates.  According to the American Bar Association, only 55 percent of recent law school graduates have found full-time legal employment.

Dean Anderson will join other deans from Columbia Law School, Georgetown Law School, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, as well as leaders of law firms, government legal offices, legal services groups, and corporate legal departments to assess the problem and offer recommendations for change.
