PILA Celebrates 20th Anniversary

On April 18th, the Public Interest Law Association (PILA) marked its 20th Anniversary with a gala celebration and auction. Honored at this year’s gala were the Honorable Bryanne Hamill (’90), New York State Assemblymember Daniel O’Donnell (’87), CUNY Law Professor John Cicero, and attorney Andrea Ritchie. Money raised at the gala will provide fellowship money to CUNY Law students working unpaid internships over the summer.

PILA also recognized the hard work of Barbara Kopp, a member of the Institutional Advancement Department, by presenting her with the Outstanding Staff Member Award.
