NEW YORK, NY – April 8, 2014 – Accounting, business professionals and media are invited to the 13th Annual Financial Reporting Conference on May 1, hosted by The Robert Zicklin Center for Corporate Integrity at Baruch College. The day-long conference will feature policy setters from the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Accounting Standards Board, as well as professionals from Microsoft, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, and others from the private sector.

Panel discussions will focus on the latest concerns of regulators in Washington, new accounting standards on revenue recognition, current developments and disclosure framework in the private sector, and reporting issues for preparers. SEC Chief Accountant Paul Beswick and FASB Chairman Russell Golden will give the opening remarks at 8:30 a.m., and a keynote address will be given by James Doty, Chair of the PCAOB at 1:15 p.m.
