Distinguished Prof. Robson on First Amendment Protections for Public Employees

Distinguished Professor Ruthann Robson contributed a post yesterday for the SCOTUSblog (Supreme Court of the United States Blog). Professor Robson wrote an argument preview for Lane v. Franks, a case that will be argued before the Supreme Court on Tuesday, April 28. At issue are First Amendment protections for a public employee who testifies in court.
