CUNY SPS ANNOUNCES B.A. IN HUMAN RELATIONS

The CUNY School of Professional Studies (CUNY SPS) is delighted to announce the launch of its new BA in Human Relations degree, the first program of its kind offered by CUNY.

Human relations examines human behavior, interactions, and relationships within the workplace and society. Drawing upon psychology, sociology, communication, business, and the humanities, students in the HRL degree examine the organizational practices and policies that affect the development of productive relationships and organizational success.

The Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations (HRL) degree has been specifically designed for adult students seeking to complete their degrees. The HRL degree prepares students for careers in growing service sector-areas such as:

• Human and social services
• Non-profit organizations
• Educational support services
• Administration
• Management and supervision

The degree also provides a foundation for further graduate study.

Taught by world-class faculty and industry experts, the program provides students with the expertise, perspectives, and training to remain competitive in today’s rapidly evolving job market.
