Professor Jennifer Green of the International Women’s Human Rights Clinic (IWHR) is quoted in an article on the front page of the Arts section of The New York Times today. Professor Green comments on the case in which she represents the survivors of noted Nigerian writer and activist Ken Saro-Wiwa in a groundbreaking human rights lawsuit against a multi-national oil company. Trial in the case begins on May 26, 2009 in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
