Prof. Lisa Davis and students from CUNY Law’s International Women’s Human Rights Clinic conducted an on-the-ground investigation into the ongoing rape and sexual assault of women in displaced persons camps in Haiti. Documentation from their interviews have become part of the evidence used for a petition that has been submitted to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights calling for measures to address the violence.
