Alum Tonya Gonella Frichner (’87), Founder of the American Indian Law Alliance, Discusses “Geronimo” as Code Name Targeting Bin Laden

Tonya Gonella Frichner, president and founder of the American Indian Law Alliance and member of the Onondaga Nation, explains the facts around American Indian hero Geronimo and discusses the use of his name as a code name for the Navy Seal operation targeting Bin Laden. Frichner was the recent North American Regional Representative to the United Nations Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues. She also serves on CUNY Law’s Board of Visitors.
