Victoria Tran, 2nd Leiutenant of the U.S. Marine Corps and founder of CUNY Law Students in Support of Veterans, was recognized at a CUNY reception on November 1st in honor of her service in the U.S. military. Other veterans and active military personnel acknowledged included Shantae Floyd of Medgar Evers, Chris Neff of John Jay College, David Colon of the College of Staten Island and Michaud Mulor of Kingsborough Community College. A member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Tran also teaches at “Bootcamp,” a rigorous exercise training program developed by the Black Law Students Association and CUNY Law Students in Support of Veterans.
