Distinguished Professor Ruthann Robson was quoted in the San Jose Mercury News about the role courts are playing in the Occupy Wall Street movement. “Even when cities are changing their regulations, or tailoring their regulations (to address the Occupy protests), it seems like the courts are giving that a little more deference,” she said. Prof. Robson teaches constitutional law and is faculty advisor to the New York City Law Review.
