Professors Ramzi Kassem and Amna Akbar set the record straight on the facts about CUNY Law’s Creating Law Enforcement Accountability & Responsibility (CLEAR) Project. CLEAR was launched by Professor Kassem, who directs CUNY Law’s Immigrant and Refugee Rights Clinic, in response to widespread surveillance by the police and FBI of Muslim communities.
