CLORE Convenes Leaders to Map Out Strategies on Social Justice

On March 22, 2012, CUNY Law School’s Center on Latino and Latina Rights and Equality (CLORE) convened leading progressive lawyers and activists in an effort to chart out new strategies to address threats to civil rights and ideas for the future of social justice lawyering. The day-long event included roundtable discussions and classroom lectures. The evening featured two CLE panels on the future of social justice lawyering: “Public Interest Lawyering Challenges and Successes” and “Recent Litigation and Policy Strategies.”
