Prof. Robson on Constitutionality of Proposed Video Game Ban

Distinguished Professor Ruthann Robson spoke to the New Jersey Star-Ledger about Governor Chris Christie’s proposal to prevent stores from selling certain video games rated “mature” or “adults only” to minors without a guardian’s permission. “I don’t see how this one is going to be upheld under the First Amendment,” Robson said.

Prof. Robson teaches in the areas of constitutional law, family law, feminist legal theory, and sexuality and the law.
