“We welcome original research and practitioner experience papers, as well as submissions in alternative formats,” said co-editor Isaac Gilman. “As the roles of libraries and librarians evolve, the Journal of Librarianship and Scholarly Communication will be the place to learn about developments in scholarly communication.”
April 27—To address the issue of job preparedness, the Office of Library Services held a Workplace Readiness seminar at John Jay College, bringing together library faculty and job counselors to hear employers from various industries identify the skills and mindset they prize in graduates.
