1. Login to the CUNY portal using your existing portal account or register to create a new account. More
2. If this is your first time logging into the Online Baccalaureate Application, you will have two links to click sequentially:
   • First, in the upper right hand corner click CUNY's Online Center for Admissions and Financial Aid.
   • Second, click the Online Application link that follows, again in the upper right hand corner.
3. If you have been to the Online Baccalaureate Application before, just click the Online Application link in the upper-right corner after logging in.
4. For all applicants, on the Admission Application screen, choose the Transfer option. You will immediately see two choices appear below. For your program choice, select Online Baccalaureate. Do not choose General Admission. More
5. To complete your application, you must pay a $70 non-refundable processing fee (payable by credit card only). Without payment, your application will not be sent to the Online Baccalaureate advisement center.
6. Submit official copies of all college transcripts. The advisement center will retrieve all former CUNY transcripts post 1991. There is no need for you to have them sent. You will have to have official transcripts sent for non CUNY college and for CUNY colleges prior to 1991. More

  • Citizenship information
  • Family background data
  • Credit card information
