For more than 30 years the Creative Arts Team (CAT) has used educational drama as a tool to contribute to the personal, social and educational needs of young people in New York City. Our mission is to challenge at-risk young people with participatory drama workshops and original interactive plays that develop important learning skills and positive social development.
CAT is a university-wide initiative of The City University of New York's Office of Academic Affairs, and also has its own 501(c) 3 - Creative Arts Team Inc. - through which we can receive private donations.
