Director of ASAP
Queensborough Community College
It is an honor to join ASAP family as the Director of ASAP at Queensborough Community College (QCC). I have worked in Higher Education both in Academic and Student Affairs creating and supporting programs that geared towards student support, engagement and success. I am thrilled to be a part of the ASAP team and continue to utilize the best practices and innovative solutions to create a better future for our students.
Prior to joining QCC, I worked at Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC), as the Director of the BMCC Learning Academy (BLA). During my time at BMCC, I have built and scaled up the program to serve over 2500 students, increased the enrollment and retention rates and secured the major (Title V DOE and NYCT) extension grants to support the work of the program.
Prior to BMCC, I have served at Queensborough Community College as the Academy advisor and have been lecturing in the Sociology Department. I have earned both B.A in Sociology and M.A. in Applied Social Research from Queens College. I am very excited to be a part of the ASAP and look forward to amazing possibilities!
