Intensive weekend courses in educational drama and theatre are offered by The Paul A. Kaplan Center for Educational Drama, in association with the CUNY School of Professional Studies.

More than 1,000 weekend courses—many leading to Bachelor and Associate degrees that can be earned entirely on weekends—are offered at convenient campuses in all five boroughs.

Weekend courses are those that meet on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday. Academic advisement and other services are available on weekends. Financial aid is available for qualifying students in selected programs.

All undergraduate institutions in CUNY offer courses on weekends that fulfill degree requirements. While not all programs are offered on a weekend-only schedule, most other programs may be taken through a combination of weekend, day and evening course work. (All undergraduate CUNY colleges also offer nondegree continuing education and professional studies programs.)
