Since 1972, the National Center for the Study of Collective Bargaining in Higher Education and the Professions has served as a national labor-management center dedicated to studying the use of collective bargaining as an important means for advancing higher education and the working conditions of faculty and staff in colleges and universities. Affiliated with Hunter College of the City University of New York, the Center has served as a source of information for scholars and labor advocates across the country.
The Center’s 45th Annual Conference, scheduled for this coming April 15-17, 2018, is titled:
“Facing New Realities in Higher Education and the Professions”
The Keynote speaker will be David Weil, Dean, the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University.
